Shopping Terms

I accept payments through Paypal--cash, credit card, money orders, personal checks or bank checks. Personal checks and bank checks will be held to allow bank clearance before the item ships. Please be aware this can take up to 10 days.

Consignment Terms

I do all the work for you: market price evaluation, detailed photography, site listing, customer communication, packaging and shipping.  Commission is modest and when the item sells – you get paid! There is no cost to you for any item that does not sell.  All items are inventoried and secured,and you will be updated frequently with any changes and/or sales. Please email me for a consignment agreement.

Return Policies

All items come with a 7 day return warranty for store credit only, minus shipping charges.  All ASD handmade items ONLY come with an additional six month warranty covering defects in workmanship (replacement of defective parts or restringing only - ordinary wear and tear or tarnish not covered). 

Consignment items are exempt from the extended 6 month warranty.

All return items require a RMA and must be returned in the same condition as you received it.  Please enclose all packing material and original receipt.  You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving an item, and you must return it within 7 days of receipt.

If you feel I have misrepresented an item, please email me and start a discussion.  I do my best to accurately describe each and every item.  Wear and tear can be subjective, but I do my best to be fair and accurate.

All designer items are verified for authenticity.  I stand behind the items I represent.  If an item is found to be nonauthentic, a full refund will be issued.  In accepting a refund, customer releases Annie Skakun Designs from any and all liability.

Custom design policy

Custom designs require a 25% non-refundable deposit.  If you would like to discuss a custom order please contact me via email or by phone. 

Gift Information

Gifts can be wrapped and shipped to the recipient's address. A gift card will be included with your choice of information.

Shipping

Shipping, handling and insurance cost is included in the price of the item.  All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation or USPS First Class mail with Signature Confirmation.  All items require signature upon delivery, no exceptions. 

If you need to inquire about international shipping, please contact me directly before purchase.  Additional fees will be required.

Privacy Policy

Annie Skakun Designs will not sell or release any information gathered by the site.  All credit card transactions are processed through Paypal, which does not give us access to credit card information.  We do not keep credit card information on file.
